Jenny Kleintop
FOUNDER & CHIEF PHILANTHROPY OPERATIONS OFFICER
Jenny enjoys helping leaders and teams as well as helping the industry for the greater good. She is a sought-after speaker and has presented on numerous topics, including optimizing prospecting efforts, balancing portfolios, strengthening philanthropy operations and data, developing soft skills, implementing gratitude-driven programs, driving user engagement with CRMs, training others, artificial intelligence, big data, and strengthening the partnership between frontline fundraisers and operations.
She has provided support to more than 100 organizations and trained thousands of individuals across all fundraising areas. Prior to consulting, Jenny built out philanthropy operations, prospecting, and data at Abington – Jefferson Health and Fox Chase Cancer Center. She proved to have the unique ability to not only excel on the technical side but also excel at connecting with and helping leaders and frontline fundraisers. With a desire to help more organizations, she went into consulting. Jenny wrote a chapter in the book published by CASE, “Advancement Services: Enhancing Fundraising Success,” and serves on the Mentorship Committee at the Association of Advancement Services Professionals (aasp).

Erica has a passion for helping non-profit operations with solutions that are driven by strategy, process, technology, and data. She believes the key to success is collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that her results meet the needs of those she serves. Erica is a certified Scrum Master and has experience working in CRMs.
Erica brings over 10 years of non-profit operational experience working for a variety of non-profits in the education and healthcare sectors. Her experience ranges from overseeing CRMs, prospect management, day-to-day operations, project development, and implementation as well as grant and event management. She currently serves as Operations Director for a large national non-profit that focuses on removing financial barriers for underinsured patients.
